Delivery
In-stock orders will be shipped within 3 business days. The Museum Shop ships via U.S. Mail or UPS Ground. Packages should arrive within 10 business days. You will be notified via e-mail of any delays. Three day express delivery is available for an additional charge of $15. The Museum Shop does not ship to P.O. boxes. Please note that products ordered together may not be shipped together.
Some items may include additional shipping costs. These will be noted in the item description.
Orders shipped outside of the United States require extra charges. Contact the Museum Shop via phone or e-mail for details.

Sales Tax
Orders shipped within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will include 6% sales tax on full purchase price including shipping and handling charges. Orders shipped outside of Pennsylvania are tax-exempt.

Gift Wrapping Services
Gift boxes are available with your order for $2 each. Gift wrapping/gift card service is available for a fee of $3. Please indicate your choice of service at checkout.

Our Guarantee
You are assured of complete satisfaction with every purchase you make from the Museum Shop. If an item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 60 days for an exchange or refund.

Returns/Exchanges
We will accept returns within 60 days of delivery. Returned items should be in the original packaging and in saleable condition. Contact the Museum Shop for assistance with returns. As shipping costs are for service, we are unable to refund shipping charges.
If you receive a damaged item, contact the Museum shop via phone or e-mail as soon as possible for assistance.

Membership
Museum members receive a 10% discount on all purchases. Patron level members receive a 15% discount. You must enter your membership number in order for the discount to be applied at checkout. If you do not know your membership number, or to become a member of the Museum, contact the Membership Secretary at erdelsky@wmuseumaa.org or (724) 837-1500, ext. 27. (Please note: online membership registration coming soon!)

Ordering Information
Orders may be placed through our secure web site. If you prefer to order by fax or e-mail, please click here to download an order form. You may also place phone orders by calling the above numbers during the Shop's normal business hours.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You may also pay by mailing a check or money order to the Museum Shop at 221 North Main Street, Greensburg, PA 15601. Please note that we must receive payment before your order can be processed.

All items featured are inspired by the Westmoreland Museum of American Art collection. To inquire about wholesale and licensing opportunities, please call (724) 837-1500 ext. 41. When you make a purchase or request online in the Museum Shop we will ask you to provide only the personally identifiable information necessary to fulfill your order or catalogue request that can include your name, billing and shipping addresses, telephone number, and credit card number. This is the same information requested when you place an order by telephone or through the mail. For online orders, we also require your email address so you can receive order and shipping confirmation emails and so we can communicate with you if we have difficulty processing your order.
