Television That Inspires
The goals of the series are simple: honor the work of these otherwise unsung heroes while simultaneously inspiring viewers to take up a cause of their own choosing.
The Visionaries is presented by public television station WYBE, Philadelphia, and distributed to public television stations throughout the US by the National Educational Telecommunications Association (NETA).
The production of The Visionaries is made possible by the generous donations and support of foundations, corporations, and individuals, who understand the power of the media to affect real change.
